has twenty years experince in the non-profit world and spent 17 of them managing a non-profit educational farm. He and his wife, Ann Tripp, own Mesa Farm in Rutland, MA where Dale is a riding instructor. He is a NARHA registered instructor and specializes in interactive vaulting. In addition to being lesson horses, Dale uses his horses to cultivate nearly 3 acres of land as well as to provide equine exhibitions. Dale and Ann look forward to further collaboration with City to Saddle by serving as a charter member farm.
